Join FFL instructor, Karoline Mueller for a back to the basics cooking classes.  Thanks to Karoline’s generosity, the two next virtual cooking classes in October are available to   the entire Lifestyle Docs community. 

Saturday October 16th 1 PM: The Power of your Plate

Some of the recipes that Karoline will make are Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Zesty White Bean Dip, Yes-you-can Black Bean Chili. She will provide a shopping list so you can easily prepare these dishes.

Saturday October 30th 1PM: How Foods Fight Diabetes

Some of the recipes that Karoline will make are Good-enough-for-Guests Green Salad, Zesty Corn Edamame Salad, Cuban Lime Rice. She will provide a shopping list you can easily prepare these dishes.
