Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, 12 PM to 2 PM. Power of your Plate: This class includes the power a Green Smoothie packs, how to sauté without oil, tasty greens to fill us with phytonutrients and a hearty chili.
Saturday February 1, 2020 12 PM to 2 PM. Let’s Go!: Start your morning off easy with a creamy oatmeal, go into lunch with oil-free salad dressing, put a spin on the traditional salad with quinoa, and celebrate the days success with mushroom fajitas.
February 8, 2020 12 PM to 2 PM. Getting in Gear: Learn to substitute a common American morning habit with a delicious Tofu Scramble (sautéing without oil), turn raw kale into tasty and filling salad and throw together a quick plant-based pasta salad with ingredients you likely have in the fridge already.
February 22, 2020 12 PM to 2PM. Breaking the Food Seduction: Quinoa, for breakfast? Unlearn those old habits and welcome in a slew of new options for your plate. Top it off with a few quick dishes featuring favorite international flavors, ginger and Thai curry. Your tummy will thank you.
February 29, 2020 12PM to 2 PM. Keys for Natural Appetite Control: Learn key ingredients as well as the the science behind appetite control as we cook grains and lentil curry and wash it down with a refreshing mint smoothie.
