Join Chef David Alexander of Plantiful Palates for a very special “Bases Loaded” Cooking Class.
David and his partner Leslie will showcase ‘a back to the basics’ approach to cooking Whole Food Plant Based meals. They will show you how to make versatile sauces which can be used to make a variety of healthy meals.
David Alexander aka “ChefSoul” is a third generation chef who has been in the culinary world for over 30 years. He started the first vegan African-American Eatery in Philadelphia, PA. He holds a BA in complimentary and alternative medicine from the University of Arizona. He recently served as the Head Chef at Dr. Montgomery’s Garden Kitchen helping patients use food as medicine towards their healing journey. Now as co-owners of Plantiful Palates, David and Leslie’s goal is to make whole food plant food plant-based meals for people not only struggling with chronic illness or those devout to a plant-based lifestyle but also those who desire flavor, flare and variety in their diet.
