Join us typically every 3rd Saturday for a beginner-friendly class which is healthy for the body and mind. NOTE: In September 2024 movement class will be on the 4th Saturday.

We all know that yoga can prevent illness and injury. But did you know that it can also help reduce the burden of several chronic issues such as arthritis, pain management, cardiovascular disease & even depression and anxiety. Come join us and improve your flexibility, balance, and so much more!

In August, we are so excited to welcome back Jacinta Brondgeest back to the Lifestyle Docs Clinic. She will do a beginner’s Kundalini Yoga Class. To register for the class, please, click the appropriate box for payment either Credit card, Paypal or Venmo. There is no cost for Lifestyle Members working with Dr. M. If you would like to attend the yoga or movement class, simply email Sakinah.

Movement

In addition to yoga, on the third Saturday we will feature a rotating set of classes such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Zumba, pilates, and Strength Training classes.

In April we featured our very first Qigong class at Lifestyle Docs.

In September, we are featuring our first Bhangra(dance) class. This is an energetic dance with catchy percussion music from the northern part of India. Your dance teacher will be Rachna Sadana, a long time enthusiast and practitioner of Bhangra.
