Chloe’s Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

¾ cup rolled oats

½ cup of smooth peanut butter(may substitute with almond butter if desired)

½ cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips

2 tbsp of ground flax seeds

2 tbsp of hemp hearts

2 tbsp of date paste

¼ tsp of vanilla

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well. 

Scoop and roll into about 1 tbsp balls.

Place in refrigerator for an hour and Enjoy! 

May also store in the freezer.

 

Quick Date paste recipe:

Take 1 cup of dates(tightly packed) and place in a small bowl. Add enough water to completely soak the dates and leave soaked for about 15 minutes. Place the dates and about ⅛ cup of the water used in the previous step into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
